About Rohn & Associates Design, Inc.
"Consultation with persons who are experts, at least one in liturgy and one in the arts, is not a luxury
but a necessity."

Catholic Liturgical Design Firm
Rohn & Associates Design, Inc. is a Catholic liturgical design firm with over fifty years of experience in the planning and design of churches, sanctuaries, and devotional spaces. We specialize in church master planning, Catholic worship space design, new church construction, sanctuary renovation and reordering, historic church restoration, and the creation and restoration of sacred art and liturgical furnishings.

Church Design & Planning
We guide projects from early planning through construction and installation, considering sanctuary layout; placement of the altar, ambo, and tabernacle; sacred art; materials; church lighting design; and acoustics. By addressing these elements from the outset, we create cohesive sacred spaces where art and architecture serve the liturgy.

Liturgical Tradition & Guidelines
Our work is grounded in Catholic liturgical practice and the tradition of church architecture and sacred art, following the USCCB Built of Living Stones, the General Instruction of the Roman Missal, and applicable building codes and preservation standards. Each project is developed to support the celebration of the Mass, ensure clear sightlines and audibility, and nurture the prayer life of the parish.

Our Team & Approach
Our team includes expert liturgical designers, interior designers, consultants, and artisans who collaborate with pastors, dioceses, architects, and contractors to realize faithful and enduring worship spaces.

Church Design & Restoration Projects
Whether restoring a historic church or designing a new one, Rohn & Associates Design brings technical expertise and liturgical insight to create sacred environments that welcome the faithful and support parish life.
