St. Ann Catholic Church
Renovation, including Liturgical Design, Furnishings, Statues & Sacred Art
Staten Island, NY

Rohn & Associates Design led the complete interior renovation of St. Ann Catholic Church in Staten Island, New York, providing Catholic liturgical design, church renovation, and church restoration services for the parish.

The project involved a complete sanctuary renovation and space formation, with new and redesigned custom liturgical furnishings throughout the sanctuary. A new Carrara marble altar incorporates a repurposed Last Supper relief, accompanied by a custom tabernacle and tabernacle throne, presider’s chair, and deacon’s chair. The new furnishings were designed to create a unified sanctuary centered on the celebration of the Eucharist.

The renovation also included crucifix restoration, statue restoration, and restoration of decorative statue columns. Church interior decoration and church lighting design were coordinated throughout the nave and sanctuary to improve the presentation of the artwork and visibility for worship.
