Saint Gregory the Great Chapel
Mount St. Mary's Seminary
Custom Catholic Altar
Cincinnati, OH

The Rohn team designed and installed a custom Carrara marble altar for Saint Gregory the Great Chapel at Mount St. Mary’s Seminary in Cincinnati, Ohio, incorporating the new altar into the existing sanctuary.

Rich green marble columns were chosen to harmonize with the tabernacle stand and marble sanctuary flooring, while engraved crosses on each supporting column express traditional Catholic iconography. The altar’s proportions and detailing give the sanctuary a renewed focal point for the celebration of the Eucharist, particularly meaningful within a seminary chapel devoted to the prayer and preparation of future priests.
