The Rohn team designed and installed a custom Carrara marble altar for Saint Gregory the Great Chapel, carefully integrating engraved crosses on each supporting column to reflect traditional Catholic iconography. Rich green marble columns were incorporated to harmonize with the existing tabernacle stand, liturgical furnishings, and marble flooring, creating a cohesive sanctuary environment.

This altar is not only a visual centerpiece but also enhances Catholic liturgy by providing a stable and beautifully proportioned platform for the celebration of the Eucharist. The thoughtful proportions, durable materials, and integration with surrounding furnishings reinforce the sacred function of the altar, supporting the movements of clergy and the focus of the congregation during Mass. By balancing traditional craftsmanship with functional design, this altar strengthens the spiritual atmosphere of the chapel, making it an integral part of daily worship and sacramental rites.
