St. Pius Tenth Catholic Church
Liturgical Design, including Furnishings, Crucifix, Statues, Sacred Art, Flooring & Exterior Cross
Rochester, NY
The Rohn team collaborated closely with parish leadership and the community to create a holistic liturgical design and sacred environment for St. Pius Tenth Catholic Church in Rochester, NY, following a devastating fire. The project includes custom marble liturgical furniture, flooring, interior finishes, original sacred artwork, a new crucifix, and restored statues, all coordinated within a traditional rectangular architecture to foster greater gathering and participation.
This thoughtfully designed space provides seating for over 750, includes a music ministry area, chapel for private prayer, and gathering garden, while meeting Universal Church guidelines and ADA compliance. The lighting design highlights sacred art and liturgical focal points, embodying renewal and faith.
